Analytical approach to relate evapotranspiration, canopyatmosphere coupling level, and water deficit sensitivity

چکیده

The decoupling factor (Ω) reflects the leading mechanisms responsible for canopy transpiration and allows to know relevance of control stomatal or conductance on (T). Ω is strongly dependent water availability can be a good approach describe how plants minimize excessive loss by increasing dominance biotic factors that controls evapotranspiration under deficit conditions. We provided an overview concept broadly used applied studying sensitivity conservation potential canopies A condition indicates that, deficit, increase resistance will not have over transpiration. Therefore, structural context in which predominantly uncoupled regions lower capacity reduce avoid losses. Furthermore, because closure restricts photosynthesis more than transpiration, use efficiency decoupled compared coupled ones.
